Randy Shackleton

Randy has a Bachelor's Degree in music education in December 1994 from Kearney State College and his Master's Degree in music education from University of Nebraska at Kearney in August of 1995. Randy has taught vocal music in Howells, Gibbon and Lexington, Nebraska for the past 26 years. Randy is married to Marji (Larson) previously of Aurora. Randy and Marji have two children: Cole 24 and Dani 21, both are currently attending UNL.

Roberta Cool

Roberta graduated from Hastings High School and Kearney State College. She taught math for 29 years; including 21 years in Aurora. She and her husband, Bob, have a son, a daughter, 5 grandkids and a step grand daughter. She enjoys volunteering at the Plainsmen Museum, as a Teammate Mentor, for Blood Mobile and in various capacities at the United Methodist Church.

Ronda O'Neil

Ronda was a Special Education teacher of 34 years before joining our staff. Originally from Ogallala, Ronda is a graduate of University of Nebraska-Kearney (then Kearney State College) and University of Arizona at Tucson, AZ. She enjoys spectator sports of about any kind, antiquing, refinishing furniture, auctions, and shopping. Ronda is also an avid "spoiler" of her neices and nephews!
